Existing cues and beatgrids are protected. Cue exports create prepared copies and avoid occupied cue slots. Always verify a new workflow on a small selection first.

Connect the drive containing those files and allow folder access. A disconnected drive cannot be included in a complete backup. Migration reports missing items before copying.

Migration makes a self-contained folder of copied media, Companion data and Serato recovery files. Restore that folder on the new Mac. Serato may need an import or Relocate Lost Files step; plugins, licences and macOS settings are separate.

No. Recognition coverage and genre/key estimates vary. Results can need a correction, particularly for edits, crossovers and less widely catalogued tracks.
